Wow a new version of Kingdom Hearts was released. It's Kingdom Hearts 358 / 2 Days (U) for NDS platform. The USA version of this game was released so you don't need to wait any longer.
This is an amazing game and you're not a gamer if you don't play it.

How I use this emulator ? It's very simple just follow these steps :
1.Extract the rar file of no$gba that you've just downloaded
2.Run the NO$GBA.exe
3.After that choose the Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (U) that you've downloaded
4.Wait until it's opened
5. Enjoy the game ^_^
